I would give Edwin five stars if I could. Our real estate agent referred us to Edwin because we needed to get our house ready for sale. The moment we made contact with Edwin he was ready to make our house as beautiful as it could be. We asked Edwin to look at the house and give us some recommendations on things that we needed to fix in order for it not to sit on the market. Edwin gave us a list of things we may want to fix and we fixed them. By the time he was done with the house, we joked that we should move back to Virginia because the house looked like a brand new home. Edwin allowed us to give him half of the money up front and the other half when we close on the sale. He is professional and talented. The quality of work he provided us was beyond anything we could have imagined. Since we lived across the country we simply said remodel the kitchen but Edwin did such a wonderful job picking out cabinets, appliances, countertops and floorings. He has great taste and we could not have described the remodeling better than what he did on his own. Edwin's prices are fair. We don't know what we would have done without Edwin. I imagine we would have sold our house for a lot less money if we didn't have Edwin's help. In the end, our house that was decades old looked like a brand new house inside.
