These guys installed my wall oven last Saturday. Despite several challenges they ran into to make it fit, they assured me they would not leave until the job was done. It took much longer than they or I anticipated, but in the end they made it work and I could not have been happier with them! I will definitely use them again in the future.

On 16 June 2021, EF Group LLC installed my double wall oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher. This is a father and Son group. I bought very high end appliances (CAFE) that this group just wasn't accustomed to handling. The father arrived with shorts and sandals and was not fit for the occasion. Once everything was installed, I tested my appliances. The doors to the wall oven was a bit off and caused a cooking error stating that the doors to the oven were open. They didn't care and stated "it came assembled from the factory we don't have time to play around with oven doors." The dishwasher leaked and the trimming parts were thrown away, which I can see the wires and screws. As the group hauled away my old appliances they totally damaged my hardwood floors from the front entryway all the way back to my family room and kitchen. The Son came back Saturday, 19 June and made matters worse. He didn't know anything about repairing hardwood floors and took a hand sander to my floors and discolored them so horribly. To make matters even worse, the Son then rubbed polyurethane onto my hardwood floors with a paper towel and something that looked like a sponge. The floors still have deep scratched, discoloration and gouges and from the polyurethane is smug marks from the front entryway all the way to the family room. The Son stated he would return 20 June 2021 to fix it and I haven't heard from him since. Today is 2 July 2021. I would not recommend them. Please run!!! Now I have to replace my hardwood floors. SMDH

They installed an over range microwave very quickly and efficiently. I recommend them highly and will be happy to use their services again.

They installed a double oven and a cooktop in my granite countertop. It was very difficult job but they found a way to do it then do it fast. We were amazed and they were very polite people to work with
