    E L White Construction & Remodeling also known as E L White Maintenance & Construction now operate business at 4714 Louetta Rd. Suite 532, Spring, Texas 77388. was hired in August 2013 to build a one-story garage for $107,000. On Oct. 1 2013 a total sum of $50,000 was handed over to Elvis L & Scott White, father & son, for purchase of materials and related labor cost. No work had been done and no building permit issued by the West University Place City Planning Dept. in the subsequent 12 months. The Whites abandoned the project in August 2014 and refused to refund the $50,000. They stopped returning my call or email.
    BUYERS BEWARE! I would give zero star for the contractor.
    I have hired an attorney to sue for the recovery of $50,000 plus damages. Ming

    El white construction & remodeling was hired to remodel a bathroom and for a room addition.

    He took the deposit and preformed shoddy work that has cost me over 5,000 to fix what he either didn't complete or was so poor quality it had to be redone to ensure the home was safe to live in.

    In addition he ways paid 20,000 as a down payment for the addition that he did nothing for. By his own admission he used the deposit for another job he was working on.

    He wrote checks for glass shower doors that came back NSF & stopped payments of, he purchased lumber for the addition and then had it cancelled.

    Very shady contractor that has me out in excess of 20,000.00 dollars. I'm now retaining a lawyer to get some of the monies owed. Buyer beware !!
