Company completed a great job replacing the roof, but very poor quality control on hazardess material. Once I started finding small tac nails around my home, I really started investigating. 3 hours later, I found nearly 150 rusted nails, tacs, screws, staples, etc. I checked the video footage and realized they didnt laydown tarps, which is usually an industry standard. Not this company. I then called Raul [owner] to request he bring a cleaning crew to clean what was left behind, he explained if he spends more than 30 min that he'd have to charge me $150 hr. His next statement was that since the City of Fremont signed off, its fine. He then tried to tell me that he doesnt use the material from the pictures provided. I have two children who I play with in the grass, dirt, and rocks. Never have I seen such material in 3 years until this negligent company step foot on my property. I'm now reaching out to the City of Fremont to ensure this doesnt happen to anyone else. Very unprofessional and hazardous. Its stings even more knowing I have children and kids from the neighborhood play in our yards. Horrible, they dont deserve one star rating.
