    Backsplash
    $1,750

Ditto! Fortunately, I decided to start out with a small job (under 2K) as a test and he failed for the reasons stated by other reviewers and more! Had I seen the other reviews, I would not have had work done through him. The only good that came out of this experience is that I know what to look for when I decide to update the FOUR bathrooms in my home, among other things, that he lost the opportunity to do because of his unscrupulous tactics. I wouldn't let him build a doghouse for my dog!

    Bath renovations and kitchen backsplash
    $30,000

This was a bad experience. I would not recommend. Shoddy work, continuously dodge calls, and do not show up to do work when scheduled. They performed poor installations leading to leaks and damaged several parts of the house during their work. They consistently blame each other for fault with no one taking responsibility. Do not think your experience will be different than what I, and others here who have used them, experienced. Stay away. Even if it takes a little longer or costs a little more; you will save on headache and costs of having to repair the dismal job performed.

Kitchen and some additional work on first floor
    $75,000

We experienced much of the same as stated in the review above. I wish I had seen that review before I contracted this incompetent group for my kitchen and some additional work on my first floor. I was given a 6 week estimate and this is week 17 and it is still not done! The owner? Tom, knows nothing about construction and even less about project management or customer communication. This has been the worst experience of any kind with contractors. I had to threaten that I would get someone else to finish the job and subtract that from final payment to get the job finished, There were a few things left that took a month to get done some of which i had to do myself. Once they start its a free for all and no one is in charge. They all blame each other for lack of communication and screw ups. My ceiling was re finished and painted as part of the job, before they had to cut 7 holes in it in different places for different reasons because of lack of planning. I can show you every hole. in other words the patches are poorly finished, I had to practically beg them to remove the trash from my garage several times. I had to pay one of the subcontractors extra to come back and do what i was told was done but it was a lie. They do not clean up at the end of the day even if its a Friday. I could go on and on. In the end the job is acceptable and in some cases clearly above and beyond however, It cost me several years of life in frustration and aggravation.

    bathroom renovation

Run! They destroyed my bathroom renovation, caused my ceiling in the kitchen to flood with bathroom water which in turn needed to be re-sheet rocked and entire ceiling repainted. They do not show up on time and when they do you are lucky if you get 3 hours out of the two guys. They are terribly messy and don't clean up at all unless you ask them. What should've taken a week to ten days has now turned into week 3. I still do not have a properly functioning tub and it is STILL leaking water from the brand new plumbing. The tile guy on the job was allowed to do plumbing and he used so much plumber's glue it clogged the entire cold water pipe, which in turn busted and leaked water into the kitchen through the sub floor and drywall. The "painter" never covered up anything in the bathroom and I had to spend 4 hours scrubbing pain off my jacuzzi tub, vanity and brand new LVP flooring!!! The paint job is still not correct! The main sales person is a complete ass and will try and turn things around to make it seem like it's "your" fault... in fact I fired him 2 weeks ago after a nasty phone confrontation and told him I never wanted him back on my property. If you care anything about a contracting company that is honest, clean, organized and timely then DO NOT HIRE ELITE- period. You will not have any of these characteristics. I wish I had paid extra for another reputable company to do my renovation, it would have saved me many sleepless nights and deterred the chaos I've been living with for going on 3 weeks.
