Do not waste your time on this company. They take money and not comply with contracts or even answering the phone. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

DO NOT USE EMELSON PLUMBING!!!! He took $1250 cash deposit from me for a project I cancelled days before! I have severe health problems & have been begging him to give me my money back & no response since he promised to submit “a refund form”.My boyfriend & I looked him up & he has numerous DUIs & prior court issues re: people trying to get their money back. Trust me! He is a crook!

My experience with Emelson started out pleasant as they were able and willing to come out to my home late Saturday night to look at a leaking water heater. They said they would submit a report to my warranty company and the appliance would be replaced ASAP.
To make a long story short....today was our 5th day without hot water. I have 2 small children and this has been an incredible inconvenience. The warranty company tells me the contractor didn’t do something and then the contractors tell em the warranty company didn’t do something. I have called everyday 2-3x a day trying to project manage the installation of a new water heater. Isn’t this what I am paying these other companies to do? Emelson was supposed to be out tonight at 6pm. At 7pm I called and was told the dispatcher was sick and sleeping and they didn’t want to wake her up and the owners phone when straight to voicemail and he will not returning my calls. I am in tears. Completely stunned anyone would be treated this way. Tomorrow will be day 6 with no hot water. I need help and feel completely helpless.

By far the most professional plumbing company we have worked with. Four faucets in our home only put out hot water and other plumbers were not willing to detect/fix the source of the problem because of the amount of time it would take to fix it and recommended us to contract out of pocket to get a “leak detector” to identify the source of the problem. We requested a contractor change and were assigned to EMELSON. Two technicians from the company came out and spent four hours to detect a very complex problem and left after fixing every single faucet and leak. We are highly impressed with the professionalism and patience shown by the technicians and would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

This Plumbing company assigned to check my water heater by AHS. Their plumber came and took photos of gas water heater. I mentioned what was going on and AHS ready to replace with another plumbing company. This water heater placed in service by my house builder in 2005. Their plumber stated me that this water heater was build in 2003. But they submitted diagnosed with AHS that this is brand new water heater heater and still has manufacturer warranty. I called them and receptionist mentioned me that please call AHS and do recall. But later they call AHS and cancelled it. I called them they don't pick up phone and they blocked my number. To me seems they don't have capacity to replace water heater? Before giving them any job check their license. There are many plumbing company want to do job. I will give them.
