Emerald recently did chip seal for us and many of our neighbors. Product was not cheap and time will tell how well it lasts but it looks decent for now. I downgraded their rating due to lack of respect their workers showed for our property and our neighbors. They dumped their used plastic water bottles, chicken wing bones and used ketchup and mustard packs all up and down the road in addition to cigarette butts and vape devices. One of their huge trucks also tore a long trench in the neighbors yard and just ignored it. My small dog found many of the chicken bones and could have easily choked on them. All of us have dogs here. Tried to address this with one of the workers but he, as well as others, did not speak English. Very disappointed with workers behavior. We did not originally set up to have this done but they approached all neighbors after they completed their prime job stating they had left over material and could make us all a deal. I can’t shake the feeling we are all going to regret this.
