    We contacted Ken after our own home warranty company gave us the run around. He was prompt, professional. He gave us a good rate for installing a new ac unit. I would recommend emergency air and heat for all of your ac needs.

    Emergency Air and Heat did a great job. They were very fast and efficient. The airconditioner came with a 10 year Warranty. So far so good.

    I called Emergency Air and Heat out to look at the air conditioning in two houses that we own. They fixed one unit, we paid them for it, and they drove about 3 minutes to get to the next house. They told me all that was needed to fix it was a thermostat. I said fine go ahead, and they replaced the thermostat. The fan did come on, but I said it didn’t feel like cold enough air. The technician put some kind of thermometer to it and said it wasn’t cold enough right now, but the temperature was falling and should be OK soon. I came back to the unit the next day, and it wasn’t cooling right. This was over a weekend, so I called them on Monday, and they said they would only come out if I paid for another service call. When I protested that I shouldn’t have to pay twice for a service call on the same unit within 72 hours, they told me that was their policy. Obviously, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this service. They do not stand behind their work!
