The typical contractor that everyone is scared to deal with, for many reasons:-
1- Late delivery.
2-hiding information that as a regular customer you want realize in the beginning, and after you sign an agreement and pay a deposited, things come up! That will need an upper charge we want to do a kitchen with them and we were lucky he was slow enough that we compared his proposal to another one which was cheap, but when we compare the details, no glass doors...no hinges, no knobs !
3-keeps dragging the job .we bought tiles for the bathrooms and he scheduled us after two weeks to start tiling, after two weeks we waited another week and then his guys start showing two days a week for 5 days
If you are doing one small job and not in rush! They can deliver I guess.

I was told this remodeling company had a crew but every project was sub-contracted so I was at their mercy for availability and almost weekly pulled off the job to work somewhere else. It was a simple project...pulling out old kitchen, bathroom and replacing with new. I had to move out For 5 weeks because the first week they removed my everything in my one bathroom condo which cost me a fortune in hotels. When I returned very very little was done. I was not warned they would do this. I hv been eating out 2 x’s a day for 2 months now going on 3 months because I still live without a functional kitchen and a half done bathroom. I am often told the morning of that a worker will not be coming! I could have hired my own sub-contractors for a 1/3rd of the price but Dave owner-operator convinced me he had a full time crew. Save yourself time if not money by moving pass this contractor.
