    Price was very reasonable and product was as expected. It took awhile you get the install completed which is why I won't give 5 stars. And the widows aren't smooth in the edges where you lift them line it was cut with a hacksaw. It's only on the ends as they must cut it to measure but it could have been smoothed over. Still, no complaints 2 years later. Everything's sealed tight and no dust gets in.

    We compared Enchantment Windows to 2 other places. Based on a National rating service, Enchantment's product had very comparable and some higher ratings than the others and much better pricing. One problem was that he was recommending that I have my French doors open out, as the wind pushed against them, the door would have a better seal. I told him then that was not a good idea, we would have to use 2 hands to fight the door in the wind. I forgot to tell him when I placed my order 3 days later that I did not want it to open out. We broke the outside light 2 hours after installation. We have to have both hands free to come in and out of that door. I expect that there will be days in the spring that we will not be able to use the door at all. Also installed a window with a crack in it. The window was cracked when they unwrapped it and they installed it anyway. 2 months later, it still has a crack in it. The pane has been made and shipped to Albuquerque. The glass company that was hired will not return our calls to set up a time to come out and install it.
