Promised to come and look at a job and we never heard from him. just said he was busy and then became rude when we pressed him on giving us a date

Yes he worked on my house, We had a 203K loan, he was NOT licensed to do the work, (He had a buddy get him the job) until after we complained about it, then he ran and got qualified. We should have gone through arbitration to settle our dispute, but we were new to what was happening to us, he scammed us out of getting the renovated house we borrowed the 100,000.00 for. This was the biggest nightmare of my life and It continues to this day as we look at the mess we continue to live in.

Mark was great! We had several companies out to talk about finishing our 1,000 sq. ft. basement and he was very knowledgable, reasonable on price, and willing to make our dreams come true. He did an excellent job with design, permitting, and hiring workers to do the work. We did a lot of electrical, plumbing, flooring, trim, HVAC, etc. and Mark coordinated all these things including picking up materials. He was flexible and understanding as everything came together and decisions needed to be made or adjusted and we love our new space. Lastly, he does the tile and trim himself and is a GREAT tile and woodworker. He matched the elegant style we had in the rest of the house and it looks seamless. I highly recommend Mark and Enhance Construction.
