We are a trash removal company and a subcontractor of Envision Built. He asked us to remove construction debris from his jobs on many of his jobs during the month of August and September of 2014. He owes us over $4,000. We have been awarded a judgement in court and he still is evading payment. Stay away from this contractor.

Envision Built began our screened in porch project in August of 2014. It was supposed to take 8-10 weeks. The paperwork they gave us promised weekly updates and someone on the site daily. We are now over 9 months into the process and still do not have a complete project. They have been absent and unresponsive to calls and emails for months at a time.
We have been misled from early on. Excuses on top of excuses. At one point we were told the flooring we had selected had been discontinued. A quick call to Trex proved this to be untrue. When confronted, they finally sent us an email saying they had setbacks on other jobs and did not have the resources to pay for our flooring. We ended up paying for it ourselves. The flooring was finally installed nearly 7 months after the project began. We are now past the 9 month point and still don't have screens or windows. We also have repairs to screens, a doorway, and gutter which they damaged on the rare days they did show up to work.
All in all, it has been a frustrating, and maddening experience. The details are too lengthy to go into here, but trust me, I would not recommend this company to anyone. At least they are well named. Envision Built. For nearly ten months we have been Envisioning what it will be like if our 8-10 week project is ever Built.
We are now awaiting a meeting with an attorney to attempt to hold them to honoring their contract.

STAY AWAY! Deveraux Hamilton took our money and did not complete our project. They damaged our house during construction, 8-10 weeks turned into 10 mos under construction! We are currently hiring a attorney to pursue this matter. We are elderly and have been taken advantage of! DO NOT HIRE.
