Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Ric is a liar. 45 days to finish back in May, turns out he said the same thing to the seller last October! He was paid for services that were not rendered and what was completed I could have done better. He was paid to purchase materials that were not purchased, because they have not been produced so they clearly didn't get bought otherwise they would be readily available to give in trade to stop legal action being take against him for the lump sum of $20,192
