The roof was not done appropriate it has exposed flashing everywhere also missing tiles and when the guy came all he was worried about was if it leaked. Construction is done very poor. My window washers said this was the worst construction job they had seen out of 5000 homes in Sw Florida.

I used L&V in the past so when my tile roof was destroyed by Ian I contacted them for a new metal roof. Big mistake. Our first problem started on the north side roof of the house. I noticed that the panels were roller coasting eave to ridge. I called right away and was told it was because of the rafters , very expensive to fix, and no big deal. All lies. The panels are roller coasting and warping because they toenailed the panels in and then later came back and finished screwing the panels down. Then I noticed that the panels in the valleys were not cut evenly. Called again. They tried cutting the panels after they were installed but ended up with jagged ends, closer but not even cuts, and scratches everywhere.
And the scratches . There is not a panel anywhere that does not have a scratch in. This is not an exaggeration. I have pictures to prove it. The panels roller coaster ridge to eave and warp or cup horizontally. There are places where I guess they cut wrong so it was filled with glue.
I hired a private home inspector and his comment was the poorest quality workmanship he had ever seen. I had three separate roofing companies come out to see if we could fix the problems. All three stated that if the roof is not leaking now it will be and the only fix is ripping it off and starting over
This roof cost a lot of money and not only should it not leak but should look beautiful.
Vinnie and his company L&V Roofing has failed miserably. I am sure he’s not going to put his sign in my front yard .Several people have walked by and commented on the poor quality workmanship
