Like the previous reviewer we had issues with billing as well. They were scheduled to come on a Thursday to fix an ice machine. Didn't show up and then canceled on Friday as well. Finally they showed up on Saturday and didn't discuss any billing issues with me. Then they mailed me an invoice for half the cost of my ice machine to spend two hours cleaning it. When i called they told me that it was my fault I did not know the Saturday was over time.
Multiple attempts at phone calls and emails have not worked. One manager did call and try to negotiate I pay extra for some things but less for others.
I recommend Jensen Repair. They mail a form with the billing costs and are very up front.
Stay far away from Epic. If you have to use them, get everything in writing before hand.

We opened one of the biggest restaurants in the state of Utah and on a recommendation of a Epic emplyee started using these guys for our kitchen needs. That was a huge mistake. When I was able to point out over billing they completely ignored the emails and phone calls. I was then asked by Epic if they could use one of our dough mixers for another account for 3 days while they ordered parts. They explained it would really help this account out and would deduct a daily amount of any bill we had. They kept my equipment for 18 days and I had to basically beg to get it back. To make matters worse, they still have not taken the rental of my equipment of a bill. We fired Epic and went to a different company who has been fantastic and honest. A valuable lesson learned.

I have used Epic for the past few years and had no issues. Their technicians are knowledgable and any questions I have had they're manager has taken the time to explain things. They stop by often for feedback on their services and I continue to enjoy our partnership with them. I have know one of the owners of Epic for many, many years and he has always done good work wherever I was working at the time.
