They are too hurried and do not fully understand the material they are working with (e.g., when using OSB instead of CDX is warranted). They do not pay attention to detail. If you want work that looks like an amateur did it but pay for a high-end professional, this is your company. If you hire them, be prepared to spend all your time performing quality control because they won't.
