Hired Mr. Alvarez, the owner, by recommendation of a realtor friend for a remodel of our master bathroom. I do not recommend him for a job. As long as you owe him money for completion he responds. I payed him the last installment and then the nightmare began. Problems with the day to day use of this bathroom started surfacing and upon contacting Mr.Alvarez he would have a poor unprofessional excuse for every issue.and became extremely hard to deal with and impossible to contact. Three years later I have termites in the drawers he built. Upon contacting him and without even having the courtesy of inspecting it and as I had suspected he would do, he would not take ownership for his materials and said the termites came from my house stating he personally inspected the wood that had been cut years earlier right off the bat. Super unprofessional and dismissive.
We have a yearly contract with a large pest control company and nowhere else do we have that problem.
Very nice when you start your project but DONT BE DECIEVED. If you are looking for a serious company that follows up AND STANDS BY THEIR WORK THEN DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
