We called Anh Le for an estimate on removing carpet and installing new laminate at our new fixer upper home. He showed up to appointment on time and with many samples for us to review. Was patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. Completed project in a timely manner and did not leave a single mess. Good workmanship. I would recommend.

Working with EVA Builders Incorporation was a major disappointment. We agreed to the flooring estimate and timeline that Ahn provided. While work was underway, we were informed that the flooring we selected was not available and we were directed to select a lower-cost option. NOTE: The contract cost was not amended to reflect the lower cost of flooring material.
The crew that Ahn sub-contracted did a nice job on the flooring, however accidentally chipped my glass tabletop and damaged a small amount of trim. Getting Ahn to address the repairs, as well as provide 2 boxes of extra flooring material that was agreed to, was virtually impossible. I sent several texts and left several voicemail messages, many of which were ignored. When I finally reached Ahn, he told me he had the material and he was going to drop them off. Weeks went by, no materials. During my last attempt to reach him, he suddenly reported that I needed to pay for the extra material and that I should have overlooked the damage his crew caused.
He changed the terms of the agreement twice. If you are OK with material and contract changes, missed deadlines, and poor and unprofessional communication, then Ahn is your guy! For those who want to do business with an honest, trustworthy, and reliable crew, steer clear.
