I spoke with Kris about replacing an aging tankless water heater that was functioning as a boiler & water heater for my townhome. He was responsive and took the time to talk to me about options, going over advantages and disadvantages and giving me an idea of the cost of each.
As I was still making a decision, the aging system died completely and I needed a quick install. Evergreen couldn't stop their existing jobs for an emergency install so I ended up going with another company, but I greatly appreciated their time and expertise in talking with me about my options. I would definitely work with Evergreen in the future, and thanks to Kris in particular!
