    Adam and Matt just installed a dishwasher that I purchased at Lowe's and I couldn't be happier. They were very respectful of my home and quick and clean. They clearly knew what they were doing. I would happily recommend them.

    I’m beyond appalled at the lack of professionalism with this company. My appointment was scheduled, they clearly didn’t know I was home or that I have two dogs that alert if the grass blows sideways and call stating they were supposed to deliver my dishwasher but it appears I’m not home. This was Adam and another male, after I say no Ill open the door I see you walking away from my residence they then turned around (this was at 1246 of the 11-1 window). They came in looked at the area and asked me to remove all the product from under my sink while they bring the dishwasher in. While I’m doing so they ask if this is the correct dishwasher (mind you it’s in a box and clearly when you pick it out from the store it isn’t... I saw it’s the correct brand and said I think so). I then walk away and hear both say ugh it’s damaged. We are going to have to take it back, this happens all the time from the forklifts. I looked at the dishwasher couldn’t see crazy observable damage other than something to the top left if facing the front of the dishwasher on the door. Adam then advises they are going to head back to Lowe’s and asked if it was a specialty item, to which I replied I don’t think so but didn’t know. He then advises they were headed back to Lowe’s and would return if the item was in stock but either way I would be contacted about whatever was happening next from him or Michelle. I receive a call from a Simone (who works in Lowe’s end to my knowledge) stating she was made aware the item was damaged and that the guys would be headed back to see if something was in stock at the store. She said I’d receive a call about rescheduling and I advised her what Adam had related to me about they would possibly be back and then I also inquired about why the products weren’t checked prior to leaving the facility before being loaded on the delivery truck. I was then contacted by Adam an hour and a half (226 pm) later finally stating that I would be contacted to reschedule my appt. i asked if the product was back in stock or not since he advised when leaving my residence he was going to be headed straight to the Lowe’s tacitly to check and would possibly be right back, to which he stated he had no idea if it was but that someone would be contacting me to reschedule if it was in stock. I then asked why the merchandise wasn’t checked prior to loading it onto the truck and stated I would most likely be canceling my order. I work midnights and sleep during the day when I can with having two little ones. I now will be heading into work with no sleep because I stayed up to inquire about my purchase. I had not heard from Michelle even after my brief conversation with Adam at 225 pm and it is now 446pm. The delivery guys left my residence about 1/115 so the lack in communication to reschedule the installation is very unprofessional.

    Water Heater Installation and misc.

    Evolution Plumbing just installed a new Water Heater and removed an old Water Softner. I can’s say enough good things about Adam and his partner who did the installation...Michelle in the office was also very accommodating .
    I would not hesitate to recommend Evolution Plumbing to anyone looking for professionalism and reasonable cost....

    I have used Vince at Evolution Plumbing for multiple projects. His staff and wife, Michelle, are a pleasure to work with... never had a leak with Vince!
