I must admit that I was somewhat skeptical about all that was said and promises-made during the contract stage of our pool job. Once the wok began and scheduling was completed I realized that this Company is all it claims to be and more. About the crew, I hardly know where to begin; these guys work in unison as a team, answered all my questions, were considerate and polite and paid attention to detail. They made sure the job site was clean at the end of the day and advised on when they would return and the task to be performed. The crew always showed up on the scheduled day and on time (that helped to ease my mind). Calls and emails were promptly returned and issues, which were few, were handled to my satisfaction without hesitation. I didn’t have much occasion to contact the office because they maintained contact with me and seemed to always be ahead of the game. The design and installation of my project transformed my otherwise drab backyard into a place of comfort and beauty. I don’t arbitrarily give reviews and seldom even bother to do so, but this is an exception. I would highly recommend Evolve Design Build to all my friends and family. In fact I have already done so. If it’s an idea, Evolve can make it happen.
