My experience is that they don't stand behind their work. They did the stucco on a house I'm building. In the process of shooting staples to hold the chicken wire, they shot the copper tubing that leads from the A/C unit into the house. When the HVAC guys came to set the A/C unit they found there was a leak. They traced it back to the staple hole. In order to fix the issue they had to cut a small piece of stucco to get at the pipe. I called Gary Webb, owner of Excel and told him what happened. He said he would be over the next week to fix the hole. No one came. I waited another week with no luck. I called him again. He said he would be there the next day. At this writing no one has come.
