Express plumbing sold me a defective water heater and they replaced it once with the same brand knowing it was defective and it failed on thanksgiving day and they would not come out or reimburse for a new quality water heater. They also installed all the baseboard heaters 90 degrees off resulting in insufficient heating in our addition. I have to take them to small claims court to try and recover the cost to have all three floors of a 2000sq ft addition baseboard rotated that involves cutting the plumbing to all the baseboards.
