GC Steve George and I agreed on contract for the services of: Prep/Paint/Repair of my house and garage, refinish flooring in specified areas, crown molding installation in loft area, and install closet organizer in master bedroom. Although the quality of the work was good, the completion of the job was not timely. Workers didn't show up as scheduled. The garage was never prepped/painted as agreed. However, the agreed upon amount of the contract was paid for in FULL by me.
2 months later, after the home was listed for sale. I received an invoice requesting for $1325, then a month later an updated invoice for $2744. GC Steve George demanded to be paid at once but didn't provide any explanation as to why the $2744 was now due. He then filed a complaint in the district court of Maryland.
I do not recommend Exquisite Building Services to anyone. They lack professionalism in communicating and billing. They also lack timeliness in meeting deadlines. Not sure if their workers have proper background checks and training/certifications.

I had a kitchen remodeling done by exquisite building service and the job was done beautiful well at a price agreed upon without any variation. The contract keep me informed at completed the job within the agreed timeframe. I’ll recommend Exquisite building service if you have a home remodeling and will be utilizing their service again.
