We had an extremely poor experience with this company. We hired Jesus` and this company for a project in March, 2019. Many excuses, many unexplained delays resulted in our project not being completed until August 2019. This spring, March 2020 we noticed the concrete was "breaking down". Having a written 2 year guarantee, we immediately contacted Jesus` for repairs. Again, excuses, delays, promises "I'll be there later today"..."I promise you, I'll be there tomorrow". Countless, "no call, no show"experiences. This continued from March - November 2020. Finally, Jesus` did come and remove the railings to prepare for the project. The rails and misc parts were thrown on the grass. 10 more days passed. Multiple calls asking Jesus` to at least put the rails back up as I am disabled and require the rails to navigate my steps. No response. Poor quality cement. Contract with 2 year guarantee not honored. Extremely poor customer service. I've paid in full for this project. 20 months later, I have deteriorating concrete and paid someone else to re-install the rails. Would not hire again nor recommend Extreme Brick & Concrete of Aurora, IL.

We had an extremely poor experience with this company. We hired Jesus` and this company. Many excuses, many unexplained delays resulted in our project not being completed until 1 1/2 years later, and they replaced our patio pavers with old beat up pavers they were marked with BIG SCRATCHES on them and I was never refunded any money. I WILL NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL I NOT RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN TO ANY ONE. THIS WAS NOT ALL OF THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAD BUT I AM TIRED OF TYPING.
