If I could put NEGATIVE stars I would. Beware of this company! Dan - the smiley owner is a miserable liar. He installed an awning on my house (over my deck) for 3,200.00 and guaranteed me it would hold up year round. It didn't. First heavy snow (just months after install) it fell to the ground like thunder on Christmas Eve....severely damaging my siding, roof, windows, deck and more. Did he stand behind his guarantee? No. He lied through his teeth completely. Hid like a child not returning calls. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention.... he never installed it on time. He made we wait day after day after day for completion. I missed many days of work to be at my home and he simply never showed. Always had a huge excuse. It was mind wrenching times 100!!! I never sued him for the lie and total loss of the canopy of 3,200. . I didn't sue him for my house damages which were 5,000 or so. But, he promised me future "labor" and free tents for when my kids graduated. (so, about a thousand bucks worth of product in labor and rental fees.) Guess what? He lied again. He never showed for my sons graduation and did not supply tent he promised. Leaving me completely screwed. This time, I had a hunch he wouldn't - but, I was hopeful he meant it when he said he felt bad every time he drove by my area and wanted to make this right. Another LIE. Man is he good!!!! If I sued him - without a doubt I would have won. The bottom line truth is - he's such a sick liar - it wasn't worth seeing his ugly face and miserable soul in court. It wasn't worth me gaining 10K to see that wickedness. I would rather lose 10,000 than see this piece of dirt. And he will play the "nice" card to you very well. CAREFUL. Oohhhhhh he's good. Very good! Well, you have been warned. If you want to see the pictures of my house after this fell - by all means contact me and I will send them to you.
