The job took much longer than was originally indicated. The members of the company were combative, terse, and often downright unprofessional rude when speaking to me after the job began. It was clear that they held on respect for me as a client. I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. That said, the job did get done, I cannot see giving them a "terrible" rating.
