Farrow Construction was hired by Lowes to install new kitchen cabinets. During installation, we found a few parts to be defective. The manufacturer sent new parts. When I called Farrow Construction to be scheduled to install the parts, they would not return my call. After 4 attempts, I gave up.

Farrow Construction was hired through Lowes to complete installation of two doors on my home. They called me the day before to give me a 2 hour window in which they would show up. When two hours had passed and no one was at my property to complete the work, I called the company and was given a new time frame in which they would show. That window of time came and went and no contractors in sight. I called again, and after being put on hold for 20 minutes so that they could track down the installer, I was told they would arrive within 30 minutes. Well, it's been an hour and still no contractors. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor and would not recommend Farrow Construction to anyone. Do not hire this company.
