I purchased a home in the Black Hawk Tract and am very disappointed with the follow up 1 year warranty repairs. I submitted a repair list well before I was in the home a year. I have been in the home 1yr. & 3 months. To this date one item was repaired and keep getting the excuse that it's difficult to get the subcontractors lined up for warranty repairs. I have tried several times to get work completed with no success. I feel that after you purchase your home for $320,000.00 plus, Farrow Homes was pleased to get the $$ but they fail miserably to honor their 1 year warranty commitment. I would not recommend buying a home from Farrow to anyone. It's a very nice home but I'm very disappointed with their service after the purchase.

I would definitely not recommend this builder. As the prior review stated, we too have not been able to get repairs completed within warranty. The builder takes his money with no concern for customer satisfaction. We regret our purchase with Farrow Homes.
