This is the worst experience I have ever had working with a general contractor. Not only did he not finish the work he was tasked to do, he damaged the tile and fixtures that we purchased as part of the bath remodel. He is extremely poor at communication. Does not show up to do the work. Always has an excuse for being late or not showing at all. The bath remodel I asked him to do is incomplete at this time and 3.5 months have gone by. The work was extremely poor and already had to be ripped out once by his company. In addition to the damage he did on the bathroom area, none of the house was sealed off during demo so the entire house was filled with dust and debris that was just left. Workers walked in and out of the house dragging dirt and debris without laying any floor protection. Made no attempt to clean up. And the opposite side of the bathroom wall that is the breakfast nook was damaged during his work. Now he does not respond to messages or calls and I have had to seek out another contractor who will once again have to rip out his sub par and incomplete work and I will have to again re buy the tile and fixtures. He always wanted to break the contract he drew up as part of the work to be done to fit his own financial needs. Always wants money in advance. Etc. Unreliable. Untrustworthy. Poor Communication. Beware of this general contractor working in the Clear Lake area.
