TURN AND RUN!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A TERM THIS COMPANY HAS EVER HEARD OF!!! I SPENT 23,000 DOLLARS with them, and you would think after that we would be treated as a repeat customer and with appreciation for spending so much with them, i got a 10 year warranty and 1 year parts and service warranty, i was told after my a/c broke 8 months later, that because I wasn't a paying customer they would get to me when they could because I wasn't paying, if I were to pay they would see me the next day. I have been without a/c for 3 weeks, and I am currently waiting for them to come fix my a/c, this time it has been a week and a half, due to their error of fixing it the last time. I don't have enough time or space to cover more horrid detail of what all happened, all I can say is TURN AND RUN!!!!!

I would rate them "no stars". We had a technician and helper come out to clean our air ducts. While the technician pitched a new air handler to me in one part of the house the helper was cleaning the air ducts through-out the house and apparently stealing my jewlery as well as my wedding ring was missing from my bedroom after they left. We have since tried to contact the company via phone and email to no avail. I have filed a police report and even the detective is having difficulty contacting the owner of this business even driving to the address listed on their business card to find out they do not operate out of that location any longer. This is a shady company, for lack of a better term, and should be avoided.

Very poor customer service and I actually think my unit was damaged by the tech that came out service my AC. Pls don't use the company my next website will be BBB to complain about their failure complete the service for which I paid and the damaged done by shady service techs pitching a side deal for additional services.

A tech from this company came out to clean my air duct system and told me that I was low on freon. After charging the freon in my system, the system has not worked properly. I called the company to try to have them come out to resolve the issue, but they are only open M-F. When I called the 800 number, I was told to call the local number, to which I replied that they were not open. So basically I have to wait 48 hours before someone will get back to me about them doing something to break my ac unit. It has been 90+ degrees this week. I am very unhappy. I read reviews about this company before going with them, and went against my better judgement in calling them (only because two other ac companies I called had to reschedule the appointments I made with them). Do not use this company for any ac service.
