This is the contracted builder for Lowe's locally. They have been full of shoddy work and practices during our remodel. There was a lack of communication on the overseers part and his crew. The excuse of "old school" was given several times. For the hefty install price compared to the approximately 15 hours of labor I feel incredibly ripped off. I now have to call them to come back for not completing the job they were supposed to do. My child just pointed out something I didn't catch as a safety hazard for our household. I will not be using this company for any future remodel needs for our home.

I asked to have a small update of my kitchen. They had done work for me in the past but didn't realize they have a whole new crew. First, they showed up 3 hours late. Then in the three-week remodel they didn't have anyone at my house for 3-4 days claiming he had other projects they needed to wrap up. So the two-week remodel turned into three. I also requested they cover my brand new appliance while they worked and I was assured they would be. NO! So when the painter came to paint the cabinets I have paint on my refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Alfredo assured me they would be covered and it would be taken care of. A week later still paint spots and covered in dust and debris. I asked the painter and Alfredo to cover the appliances and they lied to me three times about it. During the initial, quote I was assured the cabinets would be sprayed instead of brushed to ensure there were no brush strokes. Alfredo told me it would be corrected. Three weeks later, it wasn't. Cabinets look horrible with holes and missing paint in places. When they put in my granite, they cut it too short so cabinet shows by my stove and they left these hideous blocks of plywood under the granite. Their project was supposed to be completely finished and they left it half finished telling me that is what it is supposed to look like. I have done my fair share of drywall and that is not what it is supposed to look like. I hired Ferna Builders because they did good work previously and I didn't have the time to do it myself. Well, I should have done it myself the first time. They cost me money by not finishing the job and ruining all three of my appliances. Plus, every time I go to clean my appliances I noticed another scratch or paint splotch. I will never recommend this company and I will tell everyone I know not to hire these guys. Alfredo has not committed to his company and had no control over his personnel.
