He was recommend to me by my contractor. He was very responsive, communicated well, explained options. Particularly helpful working the city approval process. Did not get any feedback from contractor who had to build the plans which is positive as well.

James followed our direction and completed designs for a new kitchen and bathroom in our apartment, as well as expediting the work permits.
