TROY GAVIN is a fraud. Do NOT use this company. He has taken over $7500 as deposit money since May of 2022. He was just terminated off my home pool for his shady work. Only 10% of the job is completed. He will work 1-2 hours per week, This has went on for over 12 weeks! He has zero employees. If he is talking, He is lying. Beware, stay away. Fiberglass at its WORST!

"We contracted this vendor to resurface a community pool slide. The areas that have peeled are very smooth, indicating the old surface was not prepared adequately before applying the new gel coat. To me, this means this is going to continue to be a problem long term. It costs more than $125,000 to replace the slide and this one has been ruined for all intents and purposes unless we pay someone to remove the gel coat applied in 2020 by 'Fiberglass at its best' and re-do it completely. Warranty aside, this was not what we were promised and what we paid $26,000 for. This vendor mis-represented their work and needs to make good on it regardless of warranty. He is blaming the peeling on excessive chemicals which makes no sense, the surface peeling in some areas does not have constant contact with the pool water."
