Mr. Sanchez replaced the wood framing and base which had rotted around my doors to the deck off my dining room, as well as the screens on the sliding screen doors which the cat had torn. With little direction from me, since I felt he would know better than I, he selected the materials, the proper paint and color and determined the extent of repairs needed to bring it back to like-new condition. He brought all the necessary tools and worked efficiently with much attention to detail, with extreme consideration of my carpets and home. He was punctual and his manner was respectful and gentlemanly. His fee was extremely reasonable compared to Home Depot. All I had to do was point to the problem and pay him for the excellent job he did. I plan to use him again when another handyman or remodel job arises.

In building a new bathroom in the basement of my house, was used quality materials, also, we were given us good advice for decorating the bathroom and the deal was very eloquent in the recommendations. Attention was by the owner, who worked and oversaw daily work. It was built in January of 2012 and completed it in three weeks. But most important was the price, un12% below other contractor in the area. Excellent work and responsibility,
we are really satisfied.
Mr Sanchez has done work for me many times and has always done a fine job. Very professional and clean. I would not hesitate to call him again.
