This project was a mess from the start. We purchased a home and before we moved in we wanted new floors in most of the home. Contractor was great while getting us our estimates and flooring but the management of the project once started was unacceptable. They ripped out the wrong floor, he never checked on the third party workers they sent and they could have cared less about our home. Trash was all over, poured the cement (white) all over our front/backyard, took out our air-conditioning vents, ran the air 24/7 with doors open, did not take the doors off while taking old flooring out, using our personal equipment, finger pointing, etc. Project took weeks longer than it was promised. At the end I was told that the floor they pulled up that they were not supposed to, I would have to pay for the Travertine. The owner Tom did get involved and we did not pay for the room they were not supposed to do. This project was over $20K!

    den remodel- tile
    $1,400
    2 days

Just had my den installed w/ "wood look" tiles by the crew from Fiesta Tile & Remodeling and couldn't be happier w/ the results. Purchased the tiles at Floor & Décor and used their "in house" installers. Always nervous taking on a new project and dealing w/ installers. The guys from Fiesta were totally 100% professional in all aspects. They were highly skilled in tile work and communications top notch through out process. Highly recommend them!!

Install a new tile floor in kitchen

    Very pleased!!

I just completed a project with Fiesta Tile and Flooring, found through Floor and Decor. I was nervous to use them because of a few reviews I found online.. But I must say that they did a great job. Dennis was top notch and meticulous in supervising the install of my new kitchen floor. I couldn't be more pleased. I would use them again.

    Install Porcelian Tile
    $$3500
    Fiesta Tile and Remodeling

The estimator was a no call no show. The day of my scheduled installation the installers where a no call no show. I called my estimator and received no response. I hired this contractor though Floor and Decor in Tempe using there Installation services. Every time I contact them, I receive an immediate response from Fiesta Flooring. I am still waiting for my installation.

We were given advice on which type of hardwood flooring (solid vs engineered) to purchase for our home; probably saved us problems in the future.
However, after being told twice that someone would be out to address a gap between some installed floor pieces no one ever came out. I've since found 6-7 more gaps (I can see down into the floor between the seams).

We were charged about $1600 for tile removal and baseboard. I guess I expected that ALL of the grout would be removed from the baseboard. Nope. Pieces left and were eventually painted over by the paint company.

So, I'm 64 years old and crawling around on my hands and knees cleaning off excess glue on the flooring, the grout left on the bsaeboards and filling in the gaps left by the installers on my $12,000 floor.

We'll have someone else install the tile and flooring for our kitchen remodel.

This contractor was out at my grandmothers house and did some tile work. The tile work was done satisfactorily.

HOWEVER the installer did his clean out int the guest bathroom sink. The day after tile install the plumbing backed up and plumber's were called out. They found that grout had blocked the sink drain. The repair required that section of pipe under the foundation be replaced, floor excavated and walls opened up. The problem was reported and PAT THOMPSON came out and met with plumbers to review the problems. This is where they failed to step up and do the right thing.. He was confrontational, arrogant and denied any responsibility for problem. telling the plumbers they don't know what there doing etc. sticking my 80 year old grand mother with a 1100$+ plumbing bill.

So don't use these guys, go find someone with some character..
