  Now, as a retired contractor with 53 years in the business it was my fortunate luck to have worked with Brian on several large and small projects over many years. Regardless of the address or the projects budget, some as large as $600,000, Brians' consistancy in design, professionalism and low key composure makes everyone feel confident the project will be everything they want it to be. And it always is!
  He's good. He's honest. He's a very nice guy.

  We are very happy that we found Fiore Architecture! In fact, we found him via a local Facebook group. We must’ve met with 5-6 different architects before hiring Brian and we're so glad that we chose him because we found everything that we wanted from him and more!
  
  Planning for a major home reno is a huge undertaking. Whilst hiring the right Home Improvement company is very crucial, selecting the right architect is extremely important as well. We made a decision to pick an architect first before selecting a contractor for a few reasons:
  1) We want to put our own vision into into the design

  2) We want to be in control of how we want our home to look & feel

  3) We want an architect who will work based on ‘our interest’, not for the contractor

  
  Prior to meeting Brian Fiore, we reached-out to a couple of people to get their feedback about his work; every single one provided glowing reviews. In our first meeting, Brian simply listened to us – about how we envision our dream home. He drafted the initial designs so we can pick from a couple of options; he re-worked the design based on our feedback; he provided his own input and finally finished the design to perfection. Brian can put your vision into illustration and he will listen to your needs.
  
  Communication is a key to success! The communication between us (me and my wife) and Brian was outstanding! He made himself available via phone call, text or email and very, very responsive! He provided detailed answers to our questions and also gave his professional advice based on his past experiences and common themes that he sees in the market.
  
  The Plan that he completed for us, including filing to the Town of Hempstead, provided abundant details and great organization of paperwork which got a swift approval. In fact, he also went above and beyond his duty for us in order to secure our bank loan by providing a structural certificate that the bank needed. He has tremendous consideration, understanding and empathy for his customers.
  
  Overall, we are extremely happy with Fiore Architecture's work and service. As you can see from the picture of our home, the design is magnificent! We continue to receive positive praises and feedback - people driving by taking pictures and walking by with “Oooohh, look how beautiful this house is!” Those reactions alone speak volume on the quality of Brian’s work, his attention to details, and great imagination in designing homes.
  
  Leaving feedback like this about someone’s work is not my habit (I actually don’t like it). However, I personally feel that Fiore Architect deserves the voice from a real paying customer to provide an unbiased and honest feedback about his service. I did not receive any discount or payment in return for this. I wrote this feedback because we truly felt that Brian provided the best architectural service based on our needs and truly exceeded our expectations! Thank you very much Brian!
