Corporate Officer
Peter Kusyk is a con artist and should not be trusted with finishing the work on a newly built house. Him and his unprofessional team lied to me on multiple occasions. Here I am 6 years later after purchasing my home and have had to replace and fix almost everything you could think of cosmetically. All of the carpeting was installed improperly and had to be ripped out. The wood flooring was not glued when installed and the boards leave awful gaps and shift frequently. The gate door fell off. All of the doors inside the house were installed improperly (stripped screws, nails, etc). The deck was built with no support and was sinking. The kitchen sink was not installed with any support and literally fell out from the countertop. Don’t get me started on the air conditioning and furnace or the lighting in the rooms. Or the electric fireplace. Its all a mess. He cheaped out on what seems like everything and hired totally inexperienced people or just told them to get the house ready as soon as possible and take all the shortcuts. It’s a lovely house on the outside but it’s an absolute mess. I was taken advantage of and it makes me mad because I confronted him on several occasions about numerous things that were incomplete about the house and he lied to me every time.
