  If I could give a ZERO or better yet a negative number I would! They are not reliable, they give excuse after excuse, they will not share purchase orders with the buyer or the dates for that matter, they give LIE after LIE about orders and they do not respond to the buyer. The builder had me purchase my own architectural plans to update his expired plans that were not to code and left me on a concrete slab for nearly a year with no movement and no responses. Ground broke 8/2021, Footers placed 9/2021, Concrete was poured 10/2021 and since then abandoned the build. They switched back and forth between window companies for the cheapest bid and still no one can show me proof of purchase. I was told framing would start 5/2021 when the windows were in and nothing. If you call for any of your home info they say they need to speak with owner, whom I can’t state his name, but he’s not reliable, not available and doesn’t respond back in a timely manner or AT ALL. I have multiple email strings, multiple text messages strings from the owner himself & employees. I was constantly trying to get movement on the house or updates, asking for any response and get nothing in return or excuses from employees to hold me off. The employee helping on my build finally deferred to the owner who doesn’t respond. I would recommend staying away from this business or any other related businesses he owns or is affiliated with to save yourself ALOT of time, stress and money!

  Built home

  DO NOT under ANY circumstances use this builder. He cuts corners, uses shoddy contractors and supplies....builds cheap homes that leave you with a host of problems. He lies to the ROC when complaints are filed. He has cost us an unbelievable amount of time and money. I have worked with contractors to fix problems he left us with and they know him and say they would never work with him. Save yourself the time and aggravation....find another builder!

  previously posted a review on Yelp for this company and I see it is no longer on here. I wanted to do a follow-up.
  In 2012, Randy Bressler painted our home. I was assured that they would be the best and their price was also lower than other bids. The work looked good and was completed on time.
  In 2016, 4 years later, the form of our house looked worse than it did before it was painted. I was told the warranty had expired, but they came out to look at it. I met Randy and the Rep from Dunn Edwards. Their assessment was that the stucco, from 10 years prior, was mixed incorrectly. Strangely, this had no effect on our original paint job. They offered to repaint only the front of the house for $500.
  I work for the worlds largest chemical company and we make decorative coatings. I sent a chip of my home to a lab where it was analyzed and found that there was not enough paint put on the house and that the old paint was coming through, not a stucco issue.
  I presented this to Randy who told me basically, to pound sand. The warranty was up.
  Unless you want to completely repaint your home every 3 years, I would stay away from this company. I should have known when the painters told me in 2012 that Randy did not put enough paint in the bid to finish the home. They told me they would take care of it, but sadly, they didn't and I am paying the price now.
  I believe the bids are lower due to the lack of material they use. They do not apply enough paint and after 2 years, your house looks terrible and you have to do it all over again.
  Buyer beware... Cheaper is not always better and if you are looking for pride and quality of workmanship, as well as good customer service.. go elsewhere.
