This contractor worked on my home for 6 months telling me the permits were "on the way" when a building inspector from SCC asked where the permits were he said they are coming. The inspector issued a stop work order Aaron Turner ignored this RED TAG and kept building until same inspector came by my house and asked why we were still building when the RED TAG and STOP WORK ORDER was posted in July/August 2019. we were not aware of the first RED TAG The inspector the posted a second RED TAG and took a bunch of pictures. This man Aaron Turner dba 5 Star General Contractor is a liar and and a crook. He invoice and received another $41,.056
even though there was a STOP WORK ORDER and RED TAG posted on the building. He did substandard work WITHOUT A SINGLE PERMIT. AND STOLE AT LEAST $41,056.
