    POOL & CONCRETE DECK REMODEL
    $43,340

    We had a horrible experience with this company. Where to begin? First off, he left the brand of new pool equipment off the quote so I asked him what the brand is and owner Jason stated Pentair. When it came time to install, he had installed Jandy, and didn't even make us aware. I called him out on it and he did end up switching it out.

    Our plaster is very faded due to the fact he did not do the start up chemicals in a timely manner as he should have.

    Tile work looks like complete crap. Missing grout on several tiles and now a weed is growing through. Glass chipping off as in attached photo.

    Equipment is not programmed properly to this day. It has been almost 3 months since our remodel was completed. Hot tub drains due to this. He has sent many different individuals out to try and fix it but they obviously don't know because it still doesn't run efficiently.

    Pool deck flooded not only our yard but our neighbors when it was heavily raining a couple months back.

    We have brought this all to Jason's attention and he always says one thing but does another. He has an excuse for everything. Now that he has his 43k, he could care less!!!

    Horrible craftsmanship and pride in his "supposedly" family owned business. Not to mention he calls me a "witch" in a text message. What business owner says this to their customer?! Just fix what we paid a lot of money for and let's be done!!!

    This guy is robbing Peter to pay Paul! Jason was always so quick to pick up the 3 installment payments the exact day, but won't even come by and talk to us face to face and get this all wrapped up.

    Would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!! Attached photos are proof!

    Last resort Jason has left us with, is to go to court and let the judge handle it!

    PS. I WOULDN'T DOUBT IT IF MOST OF OR NOT ALL HIS GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!
