We contacted James Flaherty to remodel two bathrooms. First bathroom was estimated to be 2.5-3 weeks. 9 weeks later it was only 70% complete then James never showed back up or picked up his tools. Had to spend another $3-4k with another contractor to FIX the poor job they did on the tile and plumbing. Down payment was for entire job. He took our money and ran.
