Had work done by Fleetwood flooring and dealt with JERRY the owner had kitchen, family room and laundry room done with vinyl laminate flooring. Job took 1 day and was paid on the spot. A few weeks later the steps started to crack and became a hazard. Jerry said he would send someone to fix it. After four months and dozens of calls and promises JERRY never showed . This is textbook unprofessional business scam. Read other site reviews AND CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HEADACHE SCAM.

SCAMMMMM,SCAMMM,SCAMMMM!
I paid JERRY BERZAK 1/2 of the money as a deposit for a flooring project that was never done. He told me he would give me the money back and I haven't received my money yet....

Can I give zero stars? Jerry came by to give me a quote. He took my down payment. He ended up sub-contracting the job out to 2 guys who came and refinished all the hardwood floors in my home. It was a 2 day job. They did a decent job. When they had left, Jerry showed up to get the rest of the payment. A week later the 2 guys showed up at my door asking to be paid for their work. Jerry never paid them. When I called Jerry, he said that the guys he hired to do the job were 'unsavory' and wouldn't be working for him anymore. I'm shocked this guy is still in business.
