I was very pleased with the job Fleming Bros. Roofing did on my home.
They were very professional, provided me with a lien release showing materials had been Paid for and gave me the paperwork for the warranty which I transferred to my buyer when I sold my house to him, put a new roof on my home I am living in and wished I would have Used them on this home too but was having some interior insurance work done so used that company instead. Big mistake on my part.

Don't bother calling them. I did after hearing wonderful things about them from my neighbors. However, they failed to show up for the scheduled appointment to inspect my roof -- even after I called the office twice to find out what was going on (and was told both times by the office that they would reach out to the owner and have him contact me to let me know what was going on). It is now a day after the scheduled appointment and no one from the company has called me back to explain why the owner was a no show for my appointment.
