    VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE LAST NIGHT ON A SUNDAY. MY UNIT WAS NOT COOLING AND MAKING A HISSING SOUND. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS. ALL I KNEW IT WAS ON THE OUTSIDE PART. COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A FAN MOTOR. THE TECHNICIAN HAD ONE CALLED A RESCUE MOTOR. I WAS ABLE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLE LAST NIGHT AND THE PRICE WAS NOT BAD. RICK Z.
