Albert Kelly, “Kelly” does not communicate well, especially after any amount of money is given. Did not show up on time and multiple no call no shows before finally showing up to replace system. Had I not put a deposit, I would have used someone else. After install, supposed to come for follow up visit, had to call and text repeatedly over several months to even get a response. Said he would come next day, but again didn’t show and went back to being a ghost. Gave up and called new company who discovered work was not done properly and unit wasn’t charged properly (at 3lbs when needed to be at 9). New company fixed Kelly’s mistakes and we finally have a cool house again. Other issue is invoice he gave the company name doesn’t match his actual company name.
