Fortivus Construction did an amazing job on my new roof! From start to finish, the project was handled very professionally and I could not be happier. The communication between Julio and the insurance took a load out of my back. He was undeviating to the point, walked me thru the entire process and the crew was fast, I mean very fast, organized and left everything the way they found (not including the astonishing new roof they provided).
Julio, (awesome person), gave me options to upgrade my current roof, he told me about the pros and cons of what I had and where I could get to and at the end saving me a load of money not just with replacement of my roof, but with future electricity bills due to the upgrades he provided.
The owner and the person you will speak to, Julio, have not only effectively managed my claim with a balance of good judgment and cost efficiency, but more importantly, he understood the complexity of the insurance claims process and knew how to proceed from start to finish.
If you are getting a denied roof claim, or re-evaluated, Julio is the person to talk to. He works closely with the adjusters to verify and file the damages promptly and efficiently.
I am pleased and amazed they completed the work not only took one day, but that it appears as if the roof was an original part of our home (but much better). I highly recommend Fortivus Construction to all my friends. You will not be disappointed. Be aware of “other” people trying t rip you off, this company deserves an A+. You couldn’t ask for a better roofing company. Thank you for the great customer service, and following up in a timely manner!
