Whit is one of the nicest guys I’ve met. He’s OM and well connected. He had completed a job across the street nicely; however, my experience was not very good.
The entire project was taken from the pov of what is the customer willing to tolerate. I have been charged for every mistake and redo. The fireplace pictured has been a nightmare because there was no supervision by the contractor. Once things were done, it was ‘what do you want us to do about it?’ instead of, I will make it right.
Will not communicate and put me in the middle of him and his sub.
