House looks pretty but there were definitely short cuts taken. Our interior paint looks like it was done by a beginner, paint splatters on the floor and continuing on the ceiling. We've been moved in for over a month and he hasn't done the repairs that were put in to our contract (like installing a shower door or repairing the hole in the vapor barrier). He also won't return our calls. Building specs such as the distance between houses and property lines were not followed and could pose future issues. I would not recommend purchasing any home built by them.

Terrible contractor, cheapest possible materials, shoddy workmanship. Doors and windows don’t align and close properly, Sheetrock is separating where the walls meet the ceiling, 1/2 inch gaps where counter tops have pulled away from the wall, cheapest possible paint with no primer, had to replace impossibly cheap heating unit within 30 days, mixed both chrome and nickel fixtures in the same room, floors squeak so bad it wakes up my spouse. Worst builder ever!
