    Cement

No I would not recommend this contractor or his business! We paid over $10,000.00 for cement work in summer of 2019 and it started crumbling within months. Called to inform mr. fraley of problems and ask him to come and inspect. He never showed and since then won’t return calls.

This buisness was not established in 1999,(2005 to be exact) also this buisness does not pull permits for jobs that they aquire. The owner Ken Fraley likes to be paid in cash to eliminate paper trails. His quality of work is shotty and if your cement cracks or peels good luck appealing. You can also ask the city of Taylor inspectors about this buisness in fact any other surrounding city and they can explain the poor work ethics of this company, Contractor's Cement and Construction. Even though I had to type a one star this would be a negative rating!
